HEALTHY LIVING FOR INCOMING COLLEGE FRESHMEN
A 2-Day Seminar for High School Senior Students
(also known as Adjusting to College Life)
Suzy Harmon, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, parent and author of Hungry for Health, Starved for Time, is offering a two-part seminar (1 hour each), that focuses on healthy eating and living for incoming college freshmen. Without the 24/7 support of family or the structure of built-in physical activities like sports, band, dance, etc. it is imperative that our college freshmen are given the necessary tools for success. Suzy does just that! This is her 5th year of presenting this unique two-day seminar for graduating seniors.
The cost for the course is $99 which includes 2-day seminar, complimentary lunch and handouts with a wealth of tips, tricks and advice to help students navigate the road to a happy & healthy continuing education experience!
